In a world suffering from the aftermath of biological warfare that has left the atmosphere damaged with dimming clouds. it is the year 2417, and the sun has not shined in 50 years. Majority of the world is mostly in poverty, due to the lack of natural resources the sun use to supply, every state has a wealthy area, guarded and blocked off of the rundown areas. The government once implanted colonies of survivors with genetic engineered implants, but the side effects caused the host to have genetic abnormities and superhuman powers/abilities.
